He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Keith Owens (Kathy) of Pitman, Jeffrey Owens of Franklin Twp and Glen Owens (Janice) of Pittsgrove Twp; his stepsons, Brad Rainear (Annette) and Scot Rainear (Jane); his grandchildren, Bradford, Glenda, Tessa, Shane, Cale, Keith Jr., Brian, Paul, Seth, Mason Owens, Alyssa and Nicholas Rainear; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Thomas, Rhiannon, Sawyer, Dealia, Keith III, James and Max; and his siblings, David Owens (Connie) of South Carolina and Dolores Yahnke of Pitman.
