He is survived by: his parents, Jack Kelly and Kristy Kelly; his brother Dan; his grandparents, Don and Alice Crowe; his uncles, Shane Scardigli and Brad Senior; his aunt Dawn Phillips; his cousins, Heather Fox (Jordon), Danielle Watkins, Kayli Fox, Gabe Hayes, Jillian Scardigli, Madelyn Fox and Mila Napolitano; and his pets, Lila and Thea.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Cole's memory to The Gloucester County Animal Shelter (1200 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, NJ 08312), the Pitman High Boys' Soccer Booster, or the Pitman Tennis Association (both at 225 Linden Avenue, Pitman, NJ 08071).
