He is survived by: his parents, Jack Kelly and Kristy Kelly; his brother Dan; his grandparents, Don and Alice Crowe; his uncles, Shane Scardigli and Brad Senior; his aunt Dawn Phillips; his cousins, Heather Fox (Jordon), Danielle Watkins, Kayli Fox, Gabe Hayes, Jillian Scardigli, Madelyn Fox and Mila Napolitano; and his pets, Lila and Thea.
