(Leslie), Jeffrey (Stephanie) and Lori Johns (Andrew); his grandchildren, Andrew, Meghan, Amanda, Christopher, Joseph, Therese, Joshua, Mary Catherine, Isabella, Sophia, Thomas, Emilia, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Abigail and Luke; his great grandchild Torben; his mother Elizabeth Van Houten; and his siblings, Michael Hickman (Susan), Larry Hickman (Michele) and Lynn Homan (Paul).
