He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavinia and Bueford Williams, Sr.; his wife Diann Williams; and his siblings, Bueford Williams Jr and Vanessa Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Gwen Williams, Richard Williams Jr (Melody) and Katina Skinner; and his grandchildren, Corrin Williams, Miles Williams and Brielle Sansouci.
