He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Puehlhorn (Reboli); his son Richard Puehlhorn; and his siblings, Ronald Puehlhorn, Joyce Brauchle and Joan Bader.
He is survived by: his children, Craig, Doug Puehlhorn of California and Elena Morris of New York; and his sister Judith Petito of New Jersey. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
