He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B. McNeil Sr. and Mary Jane McNeili; and his stepbrother Aaron Baskett. He is survived by: his stepmother Roberta Douglas of VIrginia; his sister Linda McNeil of New Brunswick, NJ; his stepsister JaNean Baskett-Martin (Willie) of South Carolina; his brother Rico Baskett of Colorado; his aunt Joan McNeil of North Carolina; his niece JaNelle Baskett; his nephew Brandon Baskett (Nicole); his great-niece Jyelle Baskett; and also Rev. Ronald L Owens.
