He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Sheppard Sr. and Flossie Mae Allen; his sons, Shannon D. Sheppard (Ciemone) of Burlington, NJ and Dustin C. Sheppard (Jennifer) of Plainfield, NJ; his wife Joyce Sheppard; and his grandchildren, Paige, Braeden, Savannah, Aviannah and Zionnah Sheppard.
