He is survived by: his wife Denise Marie Heyder-Smith; his parents, Margret of Piscataway, N. J. and Thomas D. Smith, Sr. of Bethlehem; his siblings, Peter D. Smith (Sandi) of South Plainfield, N. J., Rosemary Kluxen (Mark) of Fredericksburg and JoAnne Perna (Lenny) of Wilbur; his stepsiblings, Ed Marko (Debi) of Winfield, N. J., Tuck Marko (Anita) of Doylestown, Laura Purcell (Bruce) of Allentown and Kevin Marko (Anne Marie) of Allentown; and his sisters, Jeanette Rivituso (Bill) of Delaware and Kathleen O'Brien (Rob) of Bethlehem. He is also survived by his twenty-four nieces and nephews and twenty-three great nieces and nephews.
