It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lalitha Sastry of Piscataway, New Jersey, who passed away on February 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Viswanatha Sastry; her daughters, Rekha Laks, Radhika Desai and Renuka Vasthare; her sons-in-law, Duraiyappan Lakshminarayanan, Gopal Desai and Ashe Vasthare; and her grandchildren, Aparna Desai, Varun Lakshminarayanan, Akshay Desai, Natasha Vasthare, Nikhil Vasthare and Veena Laks.
