He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Welter and Helen Welter; his brothers, Andrew and Charles; his wife Becky Welter; his children, John (Sonya), Michael (Jennifer) and Kathy (Jed Knight); his grandchildren, Amelia, Mark (Eric Welter), Nathan (Chris Welter) and James (Emma Knight); and his sister Mitzi DeSalvia.
