He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Rivera and Paul Ulyak (Susan Ulyak); his nieces and nephews, Michael Rivera, Antonio Ulyak, Alicia Ramos (Oscar Ramos), Deeana Ulyak (Mike Makmur) and Paula Ulyak; his great-nieces, Eva and Olivia Ramos; and his great-nephew Oszkar Ramos.
