He was predeceased by: his father John J. Gyurik, III. He is survived by: his sons, John Stephen Gyurik and Ryan Gyurik; his mother Victoria Mitzak Gyurik; his sister Stephanie Stevens (Edward); his nephew Nicholas Stevens; and his niece Isabella Stevens.
