It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Lauria of Piscataway, New Jersey, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Margaret; her husband John Lauria; and her brothers, Thomas and Richard Price.

She is survived by: her children, John Jr. (Lynn), Timothy Sr. (Donna), William (Janice), Susan Serido and Lisa Leone (late Richard); her grandchildren, John, Jaime, Jenny, Jake, Jared Lauria, Jessica Frenel, Holly Musgrave, Timothy Jr., Peter, Dana Lauria, Ryan, Tyler, Kyle Lauria, Jerry, Ashley Russomano, Alyssa Olexion and Nicolette Serido; her children, Kristin Lauria, Brooke, Brianne Leone and Jenna Palma; and her brother Roger Price (Madeline Bost). She is also survived by relatives, customers and friends.

“I knew Joan and her entire family almost my entire life, so did my mother and my grandparents and great grandparents. My grandparents lived at 234 Stelton Rd., where my mother, Catherine Dubni Hone grew up, and taught kindergarten to Joan and John's kids. What a sweet person and a great lady!! R.I.P. Mrs. Lauria. Prayers to you and your family, Richard Hone and my daughter Serenity Hone-Tadros, my Mom (R.I.P.) Catherine Dubni Hone and all the rest of my family in heaven.”
