He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kirk and Anna Seedner Kirk; his son Timothy E. Kirk; and his siblings, John, Charles, Michael Kirk, Rosemary Swist, Catherine Rastelli and Theresa Surdyka.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen C. Kirk; his children, Coleen Rossi (Daniel) of Point Pleasant and Richard Kirk (Cynthia); his sister Ann Lee of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Shannon Kirk, Timothy and Kyle Rossi. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
