He was predeceased by: his parents, Tseng-Shu Liu and Fu-Tu Kao. He is survived by: his wife Ling-Ling Yang; his children, Brenda Liu, Ryan Cheung of Bayside, NY, Kimberly Ng (Steven) of Bridgewater and Sandy Moreau (Michael) of Warren; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ng and Aiden Moreau.
