He was predeceased by: his son Adam. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Froehlich; his children, Steve (Jaime), Jeff (Crystle) and April Hartman (Paul); and his siblings, Jack Jr., Jeffrey (Kathleen), Kelly (Billy) and Kim (Steve). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
