She is survived by: her husband Warren Butch; her children, Erica Ormsby and Ronald Ormsby; her daughter-in-law Vicki Ormsby; and her grandchildren, Johnathan DeBiase, Dametri DeBiase, Isabella Ormsby, Chloe Ormsby and Everly Ormsby. She is also survived by her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and countless friends and family.
