He is survived by: his mother Joyce Radke (Joy Adair); his siblings, Kathi O'Neill and Dennis Radke; his niece Megan Rowand (Bill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Blayze and Bristyl; his aunts and uncles, Karyn, Dave Alexander and Teresa Adair; and his mother-in-law Marge Wilkes.
