She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond L. Hoff. She is survived by: her children, Amy E. Biebel (David) of Cliffwood, NJ, Meghan C. Mai (Frank) of Hackensack, NJ, Patrick R. Hoff of Pine Brook, NJ and Heather L. Del Plato (Dominick) of Pine Brook, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Amelia Biebel, Gordon Biebel (Kaitlyn), Matthew Mai, Daniel Mai, Victor Mai, Tyler Del Plato and Danielle Del Plato.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the S. J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service (60 N Beverwyck Rd, Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X R. C. Church (24 Changebridge Rd, Montville, NJ 07045). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Carolyn's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, honoring her lifelong spirit of service.
