“Steve was the NJDOH unofficial Santa Claus...delivering presents in the form of knowledge and solutions to DOH staff who needed computer attention, sharing his stories, experiences, and humor while delivering his expert advise and hands on repairs. I am soo sad that he is gone, and feel sadness for his family......but soo, soo happy to have known him. A rare breed of a person.”

Based on Pallavi's sympathy message, it sounds like you have a LOT of your dad's most endearing qualities. “My heartfelt condolences on the loss to your family. He was a great friend to me at office. He was always so cheerful, helpful and fun to talk with. He was so patient to explain anything I didn't understand, be it cultural or official. He told so many interesting stories which I used to share with my kids. He always had a story or fun fact for every situation and he always knew how to cheer me up when down. In his unique way, he guided us to navigate difficult situations. He will be missed!”
