He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Biddle, Sr. and Constance L. Biddle (Reed); and his son Howard Edward Biddle, III (Eddie). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gail; his children, Tricia Irene Plummer (Jimmy), Eric Scott Biddle (Heather), Sara Lynn Waddington (Ryan), Sherry Biddle and Sean Elwell; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Arty, Eddie, Evan, Madison, Riley, Emma, Olivia and Ella; and his siblings, William (Carmen), Kevin, Brian (Diane) and Carol Lynn Biddle (Arnold). He is also survived by family members and friends.
