It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harry G. Layton of Pilesgrove, New Jersey, born in Swedesboro, New Jersey, who passed away on April 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dewey Layton and Amy Layton; his wife Betty Ann Layton; and his siblings, Dorothy Skinner, Mabel Flitcraft, Frances Whitaker, Earl Layton, Elsie Waddington and Janet Layman.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki English (Russell) of Pilesgrove, Walter Layton (Edie) of Oak Hill, FL and Mitchell Layton (Vicky) of Pilesgrove; his grandchildren, Casey English, Chloe English, Clinton Layton (Christina), Sophia Layton, Ross Layton and Kristie Fleckenstein; and his great grandchildren, Ella Layton, Cameron Layton and Nora English. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Harry's memory to the Woodstown Moose Lodge #932, 13 Bypass Road, Woodstown, NJ 08098 or to Meals on Wheels of Salem County, 457 Shirley Road, Elmer, NJ 08318.
