He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Cutsler and Agnes Butler; his wife Joan Chamberlain Panovec; his sisters, Joyce Harrison, Kitty Harrigan, Margaret Markle (Peg) and Grace Giamoni; and his stepfather Bill Snyder, Sr..
He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Snyder (Linda), Lonnie (Bo) and Snyder (Sharon); his children, Cathy Anderson (Tom) of Virginia Beach, Walter (Butch) and NJ; his stepchildren, Linda Panovec, Timothy of Easton, PA and Donna Panovec-Johnson of Key Largo, FL.; his grandchildren, Jarrett Cutsler (Jess), Austin Cutsler (Lindsay), Dr. Jennifer Hoilman (Rory) and Kelley Rummell (Stephen); and his stepgrandchildren, Cienna Hobbs (Jordan), Shanna Morello and EJ Morello (Alexis). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and special friends.
