She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Mahon and Ethel Mahon (Gorman). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Chemidlin; her children, Joan Carhart (Gary) of Nazareth, PA, Ann Brzozowski of Phillipsburg, Joe Chemidlin of Bethlehem, Peggy O'Hare (Brian) of Phillipsburg and Lisa O'Hare (Terry) of Phillipsburg; and her siblings, Joseph and Iris. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren; as well as close to 100 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home (695 Corliss Ave, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church (430 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Philip and James Cemetery.
