He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horvath and Mary Horvath (Beruta). He is survived by: his siblings, James A. Horvath of Alpha, NJ, Frank J. Horvath (Susan) of Forks Township, PA and Maryann Wujkiw (Theodore) of Forks Township, PA; his nephews, Robert Horvath (Maureen), James Horvath (Rosemary), Ronald Horvath and Gregory Wujkiw (Kristin); and his great-nephews, Jimmy and Paulie Horvath.
