He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Thatcher; his sisters, Eloise Hagaman and Theresa Appleman; his nieces and nephews, Elyse Savaki, Sherri Appleman Horning, Theodore Savaki, Jeffrey Appleman, Robert Appleman and Shawn Appleman; and his former wife Sandra B. Terp.
