We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2022, at the age of 83, Robert M. McDougal of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Dover, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. McDougal and Anita McDougal (Best); his sister Patricia Ryan; and his brother-in-law James Conover. He is survived by: his wife Moira C. McDougal (O'Donoghue); his children, Scott D. McDougal (Anna) of Long Valley, NJ and Heather McDougal (John) of Bluffton, SC; his sister Bette Conover; his nieces, Kim Riter and Lynn Symonds; and his siblings-in-law, David Ryan, Carmel and Terry Flanagan.
