He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lincoln and Michael Hitzel; his former wife Dorothy; his brother Barry; his grandson Alex; and his great grandchild Clyde.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Barbara (Clay), Richard (Tara) and Joann (Thomas); his stepchildren, Susan (Mark), Judy and Bart (Barbara); and his sister Linda. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
