With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Michael Kavcsak Sr. of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kavcsak and Zsofi Kavcsak (Tollercsik); his wife Mary Kavcsak (Petrilak); and his sons-in-law, Joseph Midtgard and Dr. George Polachak.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Nicholas Kavcsak, Jr. (Donna), Mary Ellen Polachak and Anne Marie Midtgard; his grandson George Polachak (Kristin); and his daughter Kristina Hartman (Eric). He is also survived by children, and his many nieces and nephews.
