It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael A Waters (Phillipsburg, New Jersey), who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Waters and Marie Waters (Carbone); his little buddy Ayla; his wife Cilia; his children, Michael, II and Paige Miller (Paul); his stepson Stephen Dovidas; his sisters, Elisa Mansfield (Jerry) and Joanne Bryan (Neil); and his grandsons, Caleb and Jackson Waters.
