She was predeceased by: her son John William Counterman III; and her sister Beatrice Milford (Fred). She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Legarski; her son-in-law Steve Legarski; her grandchildren, Braden and Brianna Legarski; and her siblings, Kathryn Metz (Ted), Elizabeth M. DeHart (Ray), Rita Miller (late Tom Miller), Joseph Stangle (Cheryl) and Frank Stangle (Maureen).
