Foley of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Park Ridge, New Jersey, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foley and Sibyl Foley (Abbott); his wife Shirley; his brothers, Joseph, Peter, Andrew and David Foley; and his stepson John K. Smith.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Cindy Moskella (Michael); his grandchild Carin Kocher; his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Carly, Chase, Rowan and Rylan; and his sister Mary Ellen Schwartz.
