He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Wolfe Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Rosanna Engle Wolfe; his brothers, James of Austin, TX and Shane of Wilson, PA; his grandmothers, Sharon Engle and Nancy Wolfe of Phillipsburg, NJ; his nephew Aidan; his niece Isabella; and his pet Tyson. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jeffrey's memory to Parent2Parent Addiction Services in Washington, NJ, or to the family care of Finegan Funeral Home.
