He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L Noel and Patricia A. Noel (Jones) of Phillipsburg; his sisters, Marti Ann Ramirez (Leonardo) of Denville, NJ and Kathleen Kettoman (Christopher) of Thomasville, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Lucas Ramirez, Thomas, Brenna and Christopher Kettoman.
