He was predeceased by: his father James J. Guidi, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Maryann; and his niece Kymberly. He is survived by: his mother Louise Guidi (Sands); his wife Jill (Hilliker); his children, Jessica Rehl and James Guidi, III; his brother Jack (Connie); and his nephews, Matthew and Jeffrey Guidi.
