He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Knecht and Viola Knecht (Wessner); and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his wife Donna Knecht (Rising); his children, Kyle (Amy Esterly) of Bethlehem, Donna Schmidt (Charles) of Fairview Park, OH and Kimberly Asewicz (Leonard) of Caneyville, KY; and his sister Janet Paulus of Kutztown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
