He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Torres and Providencia Torres (Mojica); and his sister Elsa Fricioni. He is survived by: his wife Janet Torres (Cruz); his sons, Frank Torres III (Erin), Joseph Torres and Kenneth Torres (Brynne); his grandchildren, Logan, Bennett, Sebastian, Isadora and Ellison; and his sister Christina Albino. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
