She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Powers and Leona Powers (Sherwood); her husband Eugene; and her siblings, Alfred, Kenneth Powers, Jacqueline Goarcke and Alice Powers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Duffy, Nancy Satterfield (Allen), Linda Hausold (Ed Heckman), Kathy Hausold, Susan Matyskiel (Rich) and Deeanna Hausold; her grandchildren, Jesse, Marissa, Courtney, Alex, Leah, Evan and Ava; her great grandchildren, Alorah, Cindel, Aolonie and Aurik; and her sisters, Patricia Hart and Norma Richline. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Evelyn's name to First Lutheran Church, PO Box 86 Stewartsville, NJ 08886.
