Though Elcira may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her parents, Eduardo Luque and Asuncion Luque (Torres); her husband Norberto Montalvo; and her daughter Suzette M. Montalvo. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
