We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025, at the age of 88, Charles F Ashmore Sr. of Phillipsburg, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Ashmore and Hazel E. Meck Soos; his son Steven Ashmore; and his brothers, Edward Smith and James Ashmore.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Dech Ashmore; his sons, David J. Ashmore (Ivy Harding) and Charles F. Ashmore Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicole Jolley (Austin Jolley) and Evan; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Jolley, Gabriel Jolley, Genevieve Jolley, Elliot Ashmore and Ian Ashmore; and his sisters, Dorothy Reynolds and Antoinette Marshall.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Charles' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital: 501 St Jude Place: Memphis, TN 38105.
