She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franceschino and Helen Franceschino. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Ference (Michael); her nephew James Ference (Vicki Kulp); her niece Joann Attinello (Joseph); her great-niece Zoe Attinello; and her great-nephews, Andrew Ference (Breanna), Tyler Ference and Hunter Attinello.
Ceil's family asks that any contributions in her memory be made to Saint Philip and Saint James Catholic Church.
