In loving memory of Betty D. Fulmer (Phillipsburg, New Jersey), who departed this world on November 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Betty leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Mengucci and Rena Bevilaqua Mengucci; her husband Kedrick "Slim" Fulmer; and her great grandchild Sophia Rose Dech. She is survived by: her children, Renee Dech, Raymond Dech and Rowland Dech (Jean); her grandchildren, Juli Servidio (John), Marc DelSordo (Jennifer), Jarrod Dech (Amanda) and Joseph Dech (Sadie); her great grandchildren, Brett Dech, Ryan Dech, Crew Dech, Samuel Dech, Ruby Dech, Hayley Servidio, Parker DelSordo and Tatum DeSordo; and her siblings, Arthur Mengucci and Jean Stocker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home (924 2nd Ave, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (830 5th Ave, Alpha, NJ 08865).
