She is survived by: her husband S. Frank Cuva; her nieces and nephews, Rosemary Azzalina, John Coyle, Maureen Horvath, T. Kent Corcoran and Brian Corcoran; and her brother Bruce.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Lukes Hospital Foundation, Warren Campus.
