It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred Charles Franks of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Somerville, New Jersey, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Franks and Harriet La Poidevin of Plainfield, N. J.; and his sons, Daniel C. Franks and John A. Franks. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Franks (Weaver); his daughters, Tina Andresen and Jaime Dayton; his son-in-law Erick Andresen (Tim Dayton); and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Keira Andresen, Camille and Bryce Dayton.
