With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan G. Hartzell of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hartzell and Helen Boardman Hartzell; and his siblings, Edward, Walter, Robert Hartzell and Helen Loretta Gardiner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hamlin Hartzell; his children, Walter Hartzell (Christina), Andrew Hartzell (Tanya) and Kathleen Gooley (Steven); his grandchildren, Abbie Conlon, Tyler Conlon (Heather), Aaron, Jacob, Sarah, Ariana, Grace, Hannah and Justin Hartzell; and his sister Elizabeth Bonnell.
