She was predeceased by: her husband Juan of Jesus Bencosme; and her parents, Matilde Rosario and Pedro Bautista Puntiel. She is survived by: her children, Leonarda Bencosme, Ynes Bencosme and Jose A. Bencosme. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home (419 Barclay St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jesus Parish (777 Cortlandt St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A burial was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Alpine Cemetery (703 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861).
