“To a dear friend, you will be truly missed. Tommy would always have a story to tell and always make you laugh. He would give you the shirt off his back. He loved his children and grandchild, would always proudly announce their accomplishments and what their future will be. Having a son-in-law in the State Police, his son in a College Police Dept. and stepdaughter in the Police Academy, made Tommy very proud, since Tommy had a long Police career with many achievements.
