He is survived by: his girlfriend Hortencia Fuentes; his children, Crescencio Fuentes, Diane Fuentes, Miguel B. Zamora III and Hortensia Zamora; his grandchildren, Demi Mendez-Portillo, Jeramey Mendez, Shantell Fuentes and Victor Diaz; his great grandchild Desi Portillo; and his pets, Zorro, Lily, Noah and Louie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Alpine Cemetery (703 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861).
