He was predeceased by: his parents, James Salvatore and Elizabeth Salvatore. He is survived by: his siblings, Domenic Salvatore, James Salvatore, Elizabeth Galinski (Edmund Galinski) and Della Keyser. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
