With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Haborak of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Handerhan and Mary Handerhan; and her brothers-in-law, George Sahul, John D. Haborak and Frank Wojciechowski.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Haborak Sr.; her children, Leah Ann Haborak, Thomas Haborak Jr. (Paula), Eileen Conway (John) and Jennifer Gold (Doug); her siblings, Patricia Sahul, Mary Quinn (Michael) and Robert Handerhan III (Ann); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Haborak and Margo Wojciechowski; and her grandchildren, Joseph Novak, Thomas Haborak III, Genevieve Monanian (Charles), Sarah Novak, Rocco Haborak, McKayla Conway, Matthew Bleichner and Joshua Gold.
